This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.2 to A.5 to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.11 of 2013 of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w. Section 34 of IPC, but subsequently, the case was ended in conviction of the Accused on 16.06.2014. 2.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
