Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police & Station House Officer, Pentapadu Police Station, West Godavari District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is submitted that the petitioner is having tenancy disputes of civil nature with his landlords, the unofficial respondents herein, which are said to be pending in ATA No.11/17 & ATC No.10/15 on the file of the Appellate Authority cum Principal Dist.Judge, W.G.Eluru & Tenancy Tribunal cum Principal Jr.Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem. However, the allegation of the petitioner that the 4th respondent herein has been interfering with the same, is absolutely false and baseless.

It is submitted that on receipt of telephone call to the 4th respondent police station on 02.12.2017, at 2.00 P.M., that there has been law and order problem at Mudunuru Village, the HC No.1608, was deputed to the disputed site, who has advised the parties to at the site not to take law into their hands and resolve the issue through court of law. The same was entered in the General Diary of the 4th respondent police station dt.02.12.2017. Apart from that, the 4th respondent has never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner with his land-lords, the unofficial respondents, nor threatened the petitioner to dispossess him from his

cultivating land. It is submitted that the petitioner sent a representation dt.05.12.2017 to the 4th respondent herein along with others, making certain allegations of interference in civil disputes by 4th respondent police, which was entered in the GD of the police station on 08.12.2017 and found the same as false. Therefore, all the allegations of the petitioner in the writ petition are totally false, baseless and the same are hereby specifically denied.

It is reiterated that the 4th respondent has never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner with his land-lords, the unofficial respondents, nor threatened him to dispossess from his cultivating land at any point of time. The petitioner under apprehension that his land-lords may approach the police and the police may take action against him, filed the present writ petition with all false and baseless allegations against the 4th respondent herein, which are hereby specifically denied." 3.

Having regard to the above instructions and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police & Station House Officer, Pentapadu Police Station, West Godavari District. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
