THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1872 of 2013 ORDER:

It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for admission on earlier occasions i.e, on 18.02.2014, 25.02.2014, 06.03.204, 13.03.2014 and 22.09.2015 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, however, as a last chance, the matter is directed to be listed today under caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, present none for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf, even though the matter is listed under caption "for dismissal". Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in

consequence.
