3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the suit in O.S.No.338 of 2015 on the file of learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, was dismissed without costs on 21.12.2016 on contest.

4. Since, the present revision petition was filed in the year 2015 assailing the docket order, dated 10.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.1161 of 2015 in the said Suit, it becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
