This Appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, challenging the award, dated 01.11.2007 in M.V.O.P.No.845 of 2005 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cumI Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar. The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 11.02.2017. Hence, the MACMA is disposed of in terms of the Award of Lok Adalat, dated 11.02.2017.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
