THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.8828 of 2001 ORDER:- Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 18.11.2014: 1) Sri G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri V.Venkatanarayana, Assistant Registrar, Divisional Co-operative Officer, Amalapuram and Sri V.Srinivasulu Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Co-operation, are present. The matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

2) Both parties agreed that this writ petition may be closed in view of G.O.Ms.No.308, Agriculture, Co-operation (Coop-VI) Department, dated 30.12.2008.

3) The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.

4) No orders as to the costs of appeal.

In view of the award dated 18.11.2014 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the award. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
