This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner, for grant of bail in an unregistered crime of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that no criminal case is registered against the petitioner. Under these circumstances, the police concerned shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
