HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1525 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing learned counsel for petitioner at the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the fact that petitioners sought for reliefs against all respondents and their entitlement to those reliefs against all respondents has to be decided only after full-fledged enquiry, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

Therefore, the enquiry has to be conducted.

However, considering the fact that the petitioners/respondents 2 and 3 are aged persons, their attendance in D.V.C.No. 90 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court, Eluru, West Godavari District, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their attendance. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
