The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a direction order or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not issuing the Patta by mutating the land an extent of Ac.3-06 guntas in Sy.No.859 and Ac.3-09 guntas in Sy.No.868 situated at Papakollu Village, Jullurpadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem Old Khammam District, Telangana State on the name of the petitioner by considering his application dated 14.9.2018 as illegal, arbitrary against the revenue laws and unconstitutional and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to issue the Patta by mutating the land an extent of Ac.3-06 guntas in Sy.No.859 and Ac.3-09 guntas in Sy.No.

868 situated at Papakollu Village, Jullurpadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem Old Khammam District, Telangana State on the name of the petitioner by considering his application dated 14.9.2018 and pass such other or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice". 2.

Perusal of the record demonstrates that the petitioner has not made an application in the prescribed format in Form 6-A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, for mutation in his favour in the revenue records.

Without making an application in the prescribed format, it is not open to the petitioner to complain of inaction on the part of the Respondents. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to make an application afresh in the prescribed format in Form 6-A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, along with the requisite fee. In the event any such application is made, the Tahsildar, Jullurupadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district, Telangana State, shall take appropriate action upon such application expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
