THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9937 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India came to be filed seeking to declare the action of second respondent in issuing the proceedings in show cause notices No.3318/HF(A)/EGS/2012 dated 24.04.2012 to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that no action is being proposed to be taken against the petitioners in pursuance to the show cause notice. He further submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 10.04.2013, petitioners are continued as field assistants. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, across the Bar, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
