ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the proceedings in Rc.No.1070/2015/SA, dated 29.10.2015, issued by respondent No.2 as illegal and arbitrary.
Today, at the hearing, Mr.Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as his client is unable to produce Mr.V.Narasimha Rao, purported customer of the sand, he is unable to pursue the writ petition and accordingly, he wants permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.47281 and 47447 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief and filing additional material papers respectively shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J
