HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1733 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that aggrieved by the order dated 10.03.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.6952 of 2016, the respondent Corporation has preferred W.A.No.1274 of 2016 and a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court was pleased to suspend the said order dated 10.03.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge.

In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. The petitioner is given liberty to revive the contempt case as and when it is appropriate.
