No representation on behalf of the appellant. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred assailing the Orders dated 21.01.2013 in I.A.No.1915 of 2012 in O.S.No.544 of 2012 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge at Khammam, in an application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. But as per the case status information, the original suit in O.S.No.544 of 2012 was dismissed on 22.02.2022. Since no cause survives, in view of dismissal of original suit, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
