ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Govt. Pleader for Fisheries and Animal husbandry on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Govt. Pleader for Revenue and Home for Respondents 4 and 5 before notice to the unofficial 6th respondent and perused the prayer in the Writ Petition, supporting affidavit and other material on record.

It is the submission of the learned Govt. Pleader that after obtaining permission from the District Lever Committee as per G.O.Ms.Nos.7 and 15, the unofficial 6th respondent started digging of the fish pond in the land and from the objections raised by the local persons, he approached the High Court in W.P.No.22233 of 2017 where the High Court passed orders on 07.07.2017 disposing of the writ petition directing the respondents not to interfere with the conversion so long as the petitioner confines to the conditions mentioned in the provisional registration certificate and if any violation is there, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, there is nothing to keep the writ petition pending much less interfering with the provisional permission but for to say the respondents shall receive written objections of the petitioner being filed afresh within one week from the date of the receipt of the order and consider the same and pass reasoned order if at all any final permission is to be granted to the unofficial 6th

respondent and meantime not to permit him to draw water, much less to raise seed and cultivate.

Accordingly and in the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
