No representation for petitioner on 09.03.2018 as well as today.

The writ petition was dismissed for default against the respondent No.4.

In view of the dismissal of writ petition for default against respondent No.4, the prayer as made, cannot be considered.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek revival of writ petition in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
