THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 7996 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners submitted representation, dated 24.09.2014, and the same is pending consideration. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct respondent No.3 to consider the same and pass orders within a timeframe. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the 3rd respondent will consider and take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 24.09.2014, said to have been submitted by the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
