When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader handed over the documents presented for registration along with the pattadar pass books and title deeds to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same was acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
