Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.4.00 guntas in Sy.No.249/1 of Ramakrishnapur Village, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District. Petitioner alleges that police called him to the police station on 14.02.2019 and 18.02.2019, made him to sit till late night and threatened to settle the dispute with respondents 4 to

6. Petitioner alleges that such action of police is illegal and violation of right to life and liberty vested in the petitioner. 3.

Based on written instructions, learned Government pleader would submit that complaint was lodged by one Kunsoth Sattamma-4th respondent herein alleging that one Bandari Komuramma along with 20 persons who were unknown to her interfered in the land possessed by her, threatened her and also abused her on caste basis. It appears G.D. entry was made on 14.02.2019. The 4th respondent and Bandari Komuramma along with 20 persons appeared before the police with certain documents and on verification of documents, primafacie, found that it is a civil dispute. Accordingly, on 20.02.2019, the complainant was informed that no action can be taken on the complaint.

Since no complaint was filed against the petitioner and complaint filed by 4th respondent against others was already closed, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 5.
