The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "To issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the claims of the petitioner in Form 6A dated 9.2.2018 for mutation and for issuance of pattadar pass book and Title deed in Sy.No.47 for an extent of Ac.1-34 guntas, Sy.No.873 for an extent of Ac.4-10 guntas Sy.No.913 for an extent of Ac.4-09 guntas, Sy.No.888 for an extent of Ac. 1-05 guntas, Sy.No.1871 for an extent of Ac.1-32 guntas, Sy.No.1873 for an extent of Ac.1-03 guntas, Sy.No.1874 for an extent of Ac.1-04 guntas, Sy.No.2097 for an extent of Ac.1-09 guntas, Sy.No.2105 for an extent of Ac.0-34 guntas, Sy.No.2546 for an extent of Ac.1-10 guntas and Sy.No.2574 for an extent of Ac.

4-11 guntas Amrnenabad Revenue Village, Chennaraopet Mandal, Warangal District is illegal arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and Consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the claims of the petitioner for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and Title deed in respect of the above said land". 2.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made an application in the prescribed format in Form 6-A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, for mutation and issuance of a pattadar passbook and title deed in relation to the subject land. 3.

Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Chennaraopet Mandal, Warangal district, to remain somnolent. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Chennaraopet Mandal, Warangal district, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be it from whatever source. 5.
