This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to Crime No.170 of 2017 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC and quash the same. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that during pendency of this petition, both parties have compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
