As there was no representation on 16.12.2015 for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 18.12.2015. On that day also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session as such the matter was directed to be listed on 23.12.2015 under the caption "For dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on its behalf. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
