This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri CHALLA SRINIVASA REDDY ,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Mr. G anesh,Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: ORDER

THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D. NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION NO.89O2 OF 2016 ORDER:- This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash the interim order dated 09.03.2016 in Cd.M.P.No.8 of 2016 in M.C.No.27 of 2016 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-Vlll Addl. Sessions Judge's Court at Mahabubnagar.

Heard Dr. Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.2 - State and perused the material on record. 3.

lt is seen from the record that the court below has passed orders dated 09.03.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.B of 2016 in M.C.No.27 of 2015, wherein, an amount of Rs.4,000/- was granted as interim maintenance to respondent No.'1 herein payable by the petitioner herein. 4.

The letter dated 24.06.2022 received from the Judge, Family Courtcum-lll Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar goes to show that the main case M.C.No.27 of 2016 has already been disposed of on 21.11.2017.

Under the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no cause of action survives and the petition has become infructuous.

Dr.DNR. J Crl.P.No.8902 of20l6 Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
