Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forbear from enforcing the impugned GO RT No.424, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Vig-l) Department, dated 29.06.2018 of the first respondenUState Government by setting aside the same holding it to be illegal, arbitrary and invalid with a consequential direction to accord all service benefits to petitioner as if the said impugned order has not been passed.
