This Company Application is filed for permission to the Official Liquidator (i) to represent/contest Special Leave Appeal (c) Nos.29561-29562 of 2014, filed by the applicant- Company in liquidation in the Supreme Court; (ii) to engage Sri M.Srinivas R.Rao, Advocate, or Sri S.Udaya Kumar Sagar, Advocate, or any other Advocate as this Court may deem fit; and (iii) to fix the Advocate's fee.

A perusal of the record shows that against the common judgment, dated 04-11-2013, in OSA.Nos.19 and 20 of 2012,

the aggrieved party has filed the aforesaid SLPs along with delay condonation petitions before the Supreme Court and a notice therein was received by the Official Liquidator from the Registry of the Supreme Court in that regard. Having regard to the above facts, the Official Liquidator is permitted to engage Mr.M.Srinivas R.Rao, Advocate. His fee is provisionally fixed at Rs.25,000/-, which may be varied in future depending upon the work and services rendered by him.
