CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.32565 of 2014 Dt:27.9.2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3, in proceeding with the application, vide E.A.No.77 of 2014 in C.C.No.774 of 2013 on its file, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court entertained this Writ Petition by taking note of the fact that the Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission was not functioning.

Mr. Ghanta Rama Rao, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that after the Writ Petition was entertained, the Commission has started functioning and that his client has already filed an appeal against the order impugned in this Writ Petition. He has, however, requested that the interim order granted by this Court may be extended for a reasonable time to facilitate his client to pursue the interim relief application in the pending appeal before respondent No.2. Mr. Akella Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.4, has fairly not opposed this request.

In the light of the above facts of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue the remedy of appeal already filed by it. The interim relief granted by this Court shall continue for a period of four weeks from today to enable the petitioner to seek appropriate interim relief before respondent No.2.

CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.32565 of 2014 Dt:27.9.2016 As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.48377 of 2014 and WVMP.No.178 of 2015 are disposed of as infructuous.
