THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.97 of 2018 JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel on both sides. Perused the Case Status Information. Learned counsel for respondents submitted that suit was dismissed for default long back. As per the Case Status Information, the Original Suit in O.S.No.202 of 2014 on the file of learned X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is dismissed for default on 25.10.2018. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred assailing the orders in I.A.No.556 of 2014 dated 01.06.2017 in the Original Suit. In view of the dismissal of the Original Suit, as no cause survives, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
