The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed appeal under Sections 10 and 24 of Telangana Area Abolition of Inams Act against grant of Occupancy Right Certificate (ORC), dated 28-12-2006 to the unofficial respondents by the Special Grade Deputy Collector and Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranga Reddy, East Division vide File No.J/4230/06 in respect of subject lands and the same is not being disposed of by the 3rd respondent. Hence the present writ petition is filed. In this case, ORC is granted in the year 2016 and thereafter, the petitioner filed appeal in the year 2018 and the same is numbered as File No.B/1023/2018 and it is open for the competent authority to consider the said aspects and dispose of the appeal instead of keeping the same pending. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the appeal File No.B/1023/2018 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
