Yakoob, aged about 38 years, Occ. ; Househ6ld, R/o premises bearing no. 8-3-1 66/2/8, Erragadda, Hyderabad. .....RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the in action of the respondents no. 1 and 2 in not taking action against the illegal construction being carried out by the Respondent no. 3 and 4 in the in premises bearing no. 8-3-166/2/8, Erragadda, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary, capricious and in violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent no. 1 and 2 to remove the illegal construction already carried on by the Respondent no. 3 and 4 and further stop the respondent no.3 and 4 from carrying on construction in the said premises.

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.l and 2 in not taking action against the illegal construction being carried out by respondent Nos.3 and 4 irt the premises bearing No.8-3-L66l2lB, Erragadda, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief. 2.

Sri Aadesh Varma, Iearned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 & 2, are present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He also represented that the petitioner has filed a Memo on O6.O4.2015 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order at to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
