This Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 24.02.2012 in O.P. No.1147 of 2008 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Principal District Judge), Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 11.02.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.
