3) Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application under Section 47 C.P.C of any excess amount paid to reduce for future payment by deciding on own merits subject to proof. Needless to say, if not received by the decree holder, which is entitled to receive and execute for any balance without prejudice to file application under Section 47 C.P.C.

4) Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
