THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7853 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent asking the petitioner to submit proposals/bills as per the remarks pointed out by the Audit Department duly incorporating the observations for the proposals already submitted regarding fuel and labour, machinery and other materials upto October, 2016 and for the bills/proposals to be submitted in future bills. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of another contractor working in the said project, in the similar circumstances, this Court disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.8596 of 2017 directing the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the said contractor.

In the instant case, the petitioner states that the petitioner already submitted representation on 27.10.2016 and in the circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2016 in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is made clear that till the disposal of the representation, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 24.03.2017 pln
