THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3959 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction, prohibiting the 4th respondent from taking up and proceeding with the Record of Rights enquiry in File No.B/10551/2018."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Smt P.Parimala, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent No.5 would submit that subsequent to granting of interim order by this Court on 26.02.2019 in the present Writ Petition, the 4th respondent disposed of the application filed by the 5th respondent stating that the matter involves multiple issues and it is civil in nature and as such the 5th respondent was asked to approach appropriate legal forum to redress his grievance. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
