The present revision is filed by the under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 18.10.2016, passed in I.A.No.1514 of 2014 in O.S.No.33 of 2006, on the file of III Additional District Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District, wherein the application filed by the plaintiffs seeking amendment of plaint was allowed. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking earlier disposal of the suit as it is of the year 2006.

Without going into merits of the case, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and since the suit is of the year 2006, the trial Court is directed to dispose of O.S.No.33 of 2006 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
