This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of tne Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.5 of 2023 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Peddemul Police Station, Vikarabad District. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 420, 406,504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short'IPC).

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer in respect of FIR No.5 of 2023 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Peddemul Police Station, Vikarabad District, to strictly follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Biha/. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer by furnishing ' 1zo ra; e scc zz:

Crl,Petition No.1456 of 2023 information and documents as sought by him in concluding the investigation. Needless to say, any explanation given by the petitioner shall be considered by the Investigating Agency irrespective of date mentioned in the notice issued under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. earlier, on 20.01.2023.
