THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.38528 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not holding the survey for the lands in Sy.No.109/8 and 109/7 to an extent of Ac.5-00 cents situated at Periyavaram Village, Venkatagiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in spite of representation dated 29.02.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 03.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of interms of the order dated 03.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.6690 of 2016. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

A copy of the order dated 03.03.2016 in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 is to be annexed to this writ petition.
