THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.38977 of 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner alleges that respondents 2 to 4 have implicated him in a false criminal case in Crime No.279 of 2014, and are also threatening to arrest him without following due process of law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

As per the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, as a matter of fact, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, and the charge sheet was taken on file as C.C.No.1142 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 418, 420, 168, 120B and 34 IPC. In the light of the same, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies as available in law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
