HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 4103 of 2020 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that petitioner filed appeal on 05.02.2020 before the 3rd respondent under the provisions of T.S.Assignment Land (POT) Act, 1977 (Act 9/77) along with stay petition against the orders passed by the 4th respondent dated 17.01.2020. But, no orders are passed in the same, till date. Meanwhile, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition/appeal. Till disposal of the stay petition/appeal, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained in all respects.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
