Aggrieved by inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering the representation dated 20-09-2019 and Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short " the Act") for mutation of their names and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.588 and 589 situated in Hanamkonda Revenue Village and Mandal, Warangal Urban District, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioners is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
