Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
