As there was no representation for the petitioner on 01.12.2016, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 07.12.2016, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry was directed to delete the matter from the caption 'for dismissal' and post after Sankranthi Vacation, 2017.

2. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In such an event, there is no reason to adjourn the matter.
