DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.9169 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction, directing respondents 1 to 7 to produce Mounika, the minor daughter of the petitioner, who is in legal custody of the 8th respondent herein. 2.

Pursuant to order dated 04.04.2017, the above named Mounika has appeared before this Court and states that she does not know the 8th respondent and he did not take her anywhere, she herself went to the place of her aunt since two months, her date of birth is 11.04.1999 and she is major as on date.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner, being the father of the above named Mounika, be allowed to talk to her. However, as she is a major, we cannot dictate terms to her whether to talk to her father or not. Petitioner can either go with her father or somewhere else on her wish.

There is no necessity to pass any further order in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
