This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Crimina-l Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.), 1S filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings \ \ against them in C.C.No.232 of 2Ol7 on the file of the Iearned \ First Special Magistrate at Hyderabad registered for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments (for short 'N.I Act').

Heard. Perused the record.

The case is of the year 2Ol8 . No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed in the year 2018. The stage in the trial Court is not known. The case was pending before the First Special Magistrate at Hyderabad, which is now abolished 4.
I do not find any reason to keep this Criminal Petition pending.

Accordingly, this Crimina-I Petition is disposed off However' the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.' in case cause survives' Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
