THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2978 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 05.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.91 of 2016 in F.C.M.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision cases with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. He further submitted that the office may be directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the petitioner.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. Office is hereby directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the petitioner as per procedure.
