When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel agree that the subject matter of the Writ Petitions is covered by the decision of this Court vide common order dated 19.02.2019 in W.P.No.2475 of 2019 and batch.

Having regard to the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to strictly follow the circulars dated 09.03.2018 and 21.01.2019, issued by the respondents, without insisting for any undertaking from the petitioners while considering their cases for referring them to the Medical Board with regard to their medical fitness for continuing in the employment. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
