Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Standing Counsel for respondent-company submits that subject matter of the writ petition is covered by decision of this Court in WP.No.2475 of 2019 and Batch, dated 19-02-2019.

02. By the above said order this Court disposed of writ petition directing the respondents to strictly follow the Circulars dated 09-03-2018 and 21-01-2019 without insisting for any undertaking from the petitioners while considering their cases for referring them to the Medical Board with regard to their medical fitness for continuing in the employment.

03. Following the said decision, this writ petition is also disposed of. The respondent-Singareni Collieries Company Limited is directed to strictly follow the Circulars dated 09-03-2018 and 21-01-2019 without insisting for any undertaking from the petitioner while considering his case for referring him to the Medical Board with regard to his medical fitness for continuing in the employment.

04. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
