When the matter is taken up for hearing, on written instructions dated.05-02-2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Piler Urban Police Station, Chittoor District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on the complaint given by the petitioner, police registered a case in Cr.No.13 of 2018 on the file of Piler Urban Police Station under Sections 447, 323, 506 r/ w.34 IPC and taken up investigation.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
