HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4000 of 2020 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.1 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for second respondent. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " ...to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondents in not considering the petitioners application for grant of building permission by extending the benefit of G.O.Ms. No. 151 dated 02.11.2015 as extended by the Circular in Letter No. 2252/ M1/ 2017 dated 06.04.2017 of the respondent No. 1 for LRS of the petitioners house site plots for construc tion of residential building by the 1st petitioner in open Plot in an Extent of 162 Sq yards and 2nd petitioner open plot 160 Sq yards situated in Sy. No.
1458/ e Metpally Karimnagar District as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and in violation of Articles 14 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant building permission for construction of residential building the petitioners by extending the benefit of G.O. Ms. No. 151 dated 02.11.2015 as extended by the Circular in Letter No 2252/ M1/ 2017 dated 06.04.2017 of the respondent no. 1 for LRS to the petitioners house site plots and pass such other order or orders as the Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the fac ts and circumstanc es of the case."
During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by both parties that the relief sought by the petitioners is covered by an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.406 of 2020, dated 10.01.2020. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.406 of 2020, dated 10.01.2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
