- 2 - HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J.SREENIVAS RAO WRIT PETITION No.565 OF 2014 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Naveen Rao) This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 23.09.2012 issued by the UCO Bank holding the loan account of the petitioner as fraud account.

This Court by order dated 09.01.2014 granted interim direction as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that subsequently the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the Lok Adalath on 12.12.2015 in terms of settlement for an amount of Rs.599.92 Lakhs. In view thereof, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
