HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. Nos. 8092, 8124, 8129, 8145, 8146, 8218, 8266, 8286, 8309 and 10703 of 2008 COMMON ORDER:- Inasmuch as the question of fact and law involved in these writ petitions is one and the same, these cases are taken up together by this Common Order.

The services of all the petitioners were terminated on 14.03.1988. Challenging the same, the petitioners filed different Industrial Disputes before the Labour Court-III, Hyderabad after a delay of nearly 15 years, and the Labour Court, by the impugned Awards, denied back-wages to them on the ground of delay and latches. Being aggrieved by the same, the present writ petitions are filed.

This Court, having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record, is of the considered view that the Labour Court has not committed any illegality or irregularity and rightly passed the impugned Awards denying back-wages to the petitioners. The writ petitions are devoid of merit, and the same are accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
