ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of prohibition against respondent No.2 in dealing with the proceedings initiated by him at the instance of respondent No.3.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the parties have agreed that after filing of the writ petition, respondent No.3 has referred the dispute to the Tribunal constituted under Section 24 of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 and that therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In the light of the above subsequent development and the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.48009 of

2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
